I’ve spent years coaching people and I’ve lived the hard stuff too
Late diagnosed neurodivergent. Trauma recovery. Family court. Redundancy. I'm not coaching from a place of having it all figured out — I'm coaching from having actually walked through the fire and come out the other side still standing, still curious, still able to laugh.
17+ years in corporate leadership taught me how people actually move through uncertainty — not the theory, the reality. I built teams that trusted each other, supported each other, and grew because of it, not despite the chaos around them.
